How do I get past the "hello" screen with a broken home button?

I have just restored my iPhone SE but the home button is broken. So, when presented with the "hello" screen after the restore, I am unable to move past it because you need to "press home to open".

Any suggestions for how to proceed?

iOS 7.0.4

Yes, get the hardware repaired first. The home button is a primary control feature on any iOS device. Nothing but fixing it is going to help you with your current problem.

If you can get to the Home screen, select settings, then General, Accessibility, Assistive Touch, switch Assisitive Touch on and it will put a “Soft“ Home button on your screen.

If you cannot get to you Home screen, restart your iPhone, this will allow you to enter your password and go to the home screen.

The feature works quite well, you can move the Home button around the screen if it gets in the way.

I know that you can get past this without a working home button--I'll try to remember how I did it last. It will be something like long pressing the power button to slide to power off, then hitting cancel and you will end up at "choose your setup language". If that doesn't work then it will be long press power and slide to power off then turn on and you'll be at language screen. Let me know which one works for you. I am 100% sure this is possible, so if you don't have it figured out by tomorrow I'll check on the exact solution when I get back to the shop.
