my ipad is disabled I tried to connect to iTunes like it says but it keeps telling me I need to unlock my ipad first but my ipad is disabled so I cant put my password in help!!!!

You are going to have to use the instructions here on this support document. If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support If it is asking for a passcode, then you need to put the device in Recovery Mode.
yes, it's a conundrum. If you access iTunes, you need your Apple id and password there to access and clear your iPad to factory settings. That is what everyone is trying to tell you I believe.
