i am trying to create a new apple ID. Everytime i enter the verification code it fails and say, "email code verification faile." what can i do?

I have encountered the same problem and solved it. If your problem is that you received the verification email and placed the verification code in the field and clicked on the verification and you received an error message, all you have to do is to go back by clicking on the icon back then change the number in the field of the (Town) then click next and enter the new verification code, And enjoy. (Mesfer)...

Do you get a box to enter verification code if not in the box where your

Apple password goes type in your password & verification code together

No spaces.

I have the feeling that somehow wrong verification codes are sent. Could someone check that?

Yes, having the same issue. Yesterday with captcha, today with verification code over email. Receiving the codes, but they are refused. Did you find a solution? Thanks!

tried to click helpful. most interfaces you can click helpful and box opens that allows you to choose helpful or not helpful. Just to be clear this post was not helpful in any way.

What iPhone are you using? If you don't have a box to enter verification code

Enter your Apple id & password in the box & the verification code together

No spaces.

Many times with different codes. I also restarted the whole process few times

I eventually tried a different email address and that worked the first time. Not a great solution though...

Please! We NEED this to be sorted out. I cannot verify a new account. This has been happening for quite some time now. At least 2 months... Please fix this!
