iCloud music library can't be enabled
I tried to toggle plenty of times and it just doesn't work. Any solutions? ios 10.3.3
Restoring does not work for me. How is this still an issue 1.5 years later?

There's an easier fix to this than restoring your iPhone.
- Go to settings --> iTunes & App Store
- Click on your Apple ID up top and choose Sign Out
- Re-login to your Apple ID on that screen
- Go back to iTunes Music Library and turn it back on
If you still get the error, try repeating the steps. Most times it fixes it for me on the first try though.

Still can’t get mine to work either. Its fine on my iPad, won’t connect after resetting numerous times on my iphone.

This worked perfectly and it was super easy.
SOLVED: I had this problem too. Connect your phone to iTunes on a computer. Backup your phone to the computer with iTunes. Restore your phone to the backup you made and it should fix any problems you got when you downgraded.
Yes I can play any song in the Apple Music but I can't turn on icloud library it says everytime
that it can't be enabled.
