iCloud music library can't be enabled
I tried to toggle plenty of times and it just doesn't work. Any solutions? ios 10.3.3
I have this same problem! Very annoying because I've had it for 2 months now and I can't find a fix.

There's an easier fix to this than restoring your iPhone.
- Go to settings --> iTunes & App Store
- Click on your Apple ID up top and choose Sign Out
- Re-login to your Apple ID on that screen
- Go back to iTunes Music Library and turn it back on
If you still get the error, try repeating the steps. Most times it fixes it for me on the first try though.

I solved the problem, just reset your iPhone, i didn't find another way

Yes me too! I backed up my iPhone via iTunes and restored it from the back up but it still doesn't work?
