How to reset forgotten Notes password on iPhone

Soo basically, I locked some notes, but I forget my password to get into them, and I tried to reset it but it didn’t work.

I will like to know how many times you tried before that options.

i unfortunately don’t have an iPhone with face id

I would like to know as well...maybe my Touch ID will come back

I did it a few time prob more than 6 & then I click out went back in and then try again & it prompted me

I have 2 passwords I forgot the former one, I can access the latest one but not the old one, ”is there any way to forgot or remove it. There are very important things on those notes 📒

I also have this problem and when I “change my password “ it doesn’t work and says it incorrect

The only note I have a lock on is the one with all my passwords on it and it won’t let me access it with my Touch ID and I completely forgot the password :/

Go to settings Notes

underold password put you Apple ID

choose CHANGE password

add new password. Ok

That only works for future notes which is so dumb, so that new password doesn’t affect previously locked notes :/
