Open safari and its preferences , click on privacy check the box of allow from websites I visit , by clicking on manage website you will find out the options to remove all or remove a particular cookie .

Safari/Preferences/Privacy. If you are using Safari 11, the only 2 choices are to accept all or Block all.
Safari > Preferences > Privacy > Manage Website Data.
I see. I was doing it wrong! I was clicking on the Apple, not on Safari, to get to Preferences. The website still isn't working, but at least I found cookies! Thank you.
