There was a fraud transaction called Apple Nz GCS done from my account, 600 dollars have been deducted from my wifes account yesterday.Iam so dissapointed with apple now, can any one tell me how do I have to get my money back?

If it is from Apple, then you would see it in your purchase history. See the article I linked for you.
If this is the case, then your account has been hacked, and you need to change your password.
If someone hacked your credit card, it's not Apple's fault.
That's another individual that should be dealing with the credit card company.
