How to block "Unknown Caller" ID

Totally agreed, a lot of scams is now using No Caller ID to call people to scams millions of dollars in total and Apple is doing nothing about it. What a shame !!!! Blocking unknown number / no caller ID is a very important feature to fight against this kind of crime. iPhone is really not up to people expectation for the price that people are paying, I'm an iPhone user and I know other mobile phone manufacturers already supporting blocking no caller ID. I would like to start a movement of #blockiphone so that people who do not want to be a victim of crime should stop using iPhone simply because Apple does not support blocking any No Caller ID function !!!!

Apple has lost its way, totally unacceptable.

Get off your lazy *** apple and implement a stop to spam calls of all kind. I shouldn't have to pay $1000 for a stupid phone and not have the free ability to stop this harassment.

Android does it, built into the settings. Maybe time for an upgrade since it's crazy Apple doesn't do it. The reason I switched last week actually.

Apple, please enable blocking of unknown numbers. This is a huge problem for a lot of people.

I totally agree, why samsung cell phone have this function, and apple said no , unless apple is below samsung.

This is not correct. This functionality is available on other devices so this is simply Apple choosing not to make this feature available in iOS.

This is true, Samsung can do that, but apple can't.

I use apple since iPhone 3 to now iPhone X , disappoint there answer, I will consider change the phone.

Dear Apple this is an easy fix. Your phone users should come first. And you should be on par with or ahead of Android in solving these serious nuisance issues plaguing your customers.

As the other users mentioned, this is unacceptable indeed! Samsung has this option for years!!! How come there is still no "block unknown callers on iphones"?

Sorry, buts thats a pretty naive answer, it would be quite simple for Apple to add a "block unknown callers" and block "no caller ID" toggle to allow it to happen, like Android does.

Is there ever a legitimate reason for no information to come through for a number? If not, why can't you check for that condition? Why are you only able to check for a specific number with whatever program you are using? You may have noticed that this is a widespread complaint.
