I am current using an iPhone 7 plus 128GB. Updated my iPhone using iTunes 12.7 using the upgrade function. After the upgrade the iOS could not open any app even apple default app such as Stocks, Calendar, Mail etc.
Went to app store and could not install any app as well.

This app could not be installed.
On apple default app such as Weather, FaceTime, watch app, home, maps, mail, calendar , stock, voice mail,
Tried this however does not work as well. All 3rd party app will not open. They just open and crash.
Tried that as well. It does not work. All the app does not open and default apps said they can't be installed..
restore from backup is working fine on iOS 10.3.3. the only issue is either, updating via iTunes or OTA. OR restore to iOS 11 then restore backup either from iTunes or iCloud does not work.
Same problems with iOS 11 installed on iPad Air 2
No way out
Did someone go to an Apple Store to solve this issue?
I just downloaded & installed Ios11 but many apps (apple‘s Included) don’t run

Tested 11.0.1 and failed. App still unable to open and apple application as well.
The new update will not address your problem, as it was meant to address a problem with Exchange and other security issues.
I read that it was also to address slow performance on some phones.
Yup tested it as well. Did not solve the issue.
Anyway apple will be taking a look at my case as it has escalated already. Seems to have acknowledge this issue.
Apple have said that the update to iOS11.0/11.0.1 was not successful. They are still checking on the reason why. I believe this is due to many years of accumulated backup.
Unfortunately, in my case, there is no profile installed (no Device Management).
I do not have MDM installed as well. Hence no profile/device management.
