Apple Watch sensitivity changed with WatchOS 4?

Ive just updated to WatchOS 4 and now my screen won’t work with screen protector on. I restarted Watch with no success. Is there any way to change screen sensitivity?

After a few hours of messing with my watch on this issue, I have discovered what the problem is. Watch with cover on, off my wrist, works fine. Put watch back on my wrists, nope! Went into Watch then Passcode and turned off wrist detection and YES! Fixed! However, certain things may need wrist detection turned on.... For now, until they fix the bug, this will do! Good luck!
