iOS 11 incredibly slow on iPhone 7 Plus

So frustrated - iOS11 installed perfectly and works great on my iPad Pro. Installed on my iPhone 7plus (with 90GB free space) a few hours later and the phone is essentially unusable. The install went OK but when I click on any app (3rd party or native iOS - like Mail or Messenger) - there is a 20 second delay before the app opens. Unable to make or receive phone calls, texts.

Reset network settings, then all settings, then a complete erase / restore - still slow as Christmas. My phone, at this time, is essentially useless. Google Searches don't show this as a common problem - I'm hoping someone here has experienced this and has a suggestion?

I'll join the choir.
I have the exact same problems on my iPhone 7 (128 GB): Extreme lag, no sound, no vibration. I've tried reinstalling as new phone without it helping. Rolling back to 10.3.3 gave me a working phone again.

Please fix this ASP!

i have identical issues and a few more on the 7plus. the issue persisted from bet 1 the 10 and now the official release too.

8 sec delay b 4 the app opens

when calling phone goes to mute and i can't get out of mute

the mic goes dead in dictation

control panel so so slow and eventually never responds

apple engineering has a copy of my device file ~/Library/Logs/CrashReporter/MobileDevice/ to analyzie. how, could an otherwise albeit major iOS official release get public with such potential for disaster.

no there's no fix yet. i'm working with Apple too and after three days w/o a phone i'm thinking about rolling back. I've done all the pub beta's 1 thru 10, the GM and the official version and still have all the same issues on the 7+. i could send the exact recovery method but someone who monitors this forum has a problem with it and deleted a message i spent hours smithing for newbies. IF there is an Apple solution it would most likely be in the form an ios11.1 upgrade. no telling how long that would take.

Have anybody tried iOS 11.0.2?

I've talked with Apple Support a few times and they told me that they've been getting reports of the problem, but still don't have a solution. I just need to wait and see, or I could install iOS 11.0.2 and use my phone as an expensive paper weight. The last option would allow Apple to run more tests on the phone, but I would be without phone for an undefined period of time until a fix is released.

Problem is, that Apple just stopped signing iOS 10.3.3! So no more testing can be done. This *****!
When iOS 11.1 comes I have to decide wether I want to risk installing it and perhaps end up with an unusable phone or just stay with iOS 10.3.3 until I decide to buy a new phone at a different time.

Would've been so much easier if we just had an Apple Store in Denmark.
