I hate the new BOLD font on my iPhone with iOS 11!!! Is there any way to change it back to the previous style??

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities. I see from your post that you would like to change the font on your iPhone display to text that isn't as bold. I am happy to help with that!
On your iPhone, please go to Settings > Display & Brightness. There, you'll find both Text Size settings (small to large) and a switch that allows you to turn on or off "Bold Text".

i think development team or designers should be trashed.

Thank you. Your suggestion helped a lot, but titles still look, chunky, too rounded, and- I hate to say - slightly cartoonish. Just my 2 cents.
