Since the update yesterday I’m not getting stand reminders or notifications when I close activity rings. And yes, all those options are turned on. Anyone else have this issue?

I had the same issues after updating to watchOS 4. I came across this suggestion to edit the wheelchair settings and that seems to have solved it!
edit: Whoops for some reason I didn't see the other responses which mention the same thing. After days of not getting stand notifications, I'm finally getting them. whew.
I tried everything in health app but same issue 🙁
I'm having the same issue. I receive the stand and breath notifications, but not receiving notifications when I'm closing rings.
Same problem on Series 1 but not on Series 2 (cool blazing rings and notifications) ,also no shadow stand on the hour (unfilled stand in current hour).
I'm also not getting my breathe notifications. I get them for standing and closing my rings, but nothing I do seems to make my breathe send my notifications. I was using the a lot.

Same problem here - and still not solved. BTW my wife has the same issue. Looks like a bug. Hope Apple is fixing this asap!

I'm having this exact problem. Everything else is working, but I can't get my breathe reminders.
Could be pure luck but as others on different forums have stated if you go into your health app and open different areas it may help. Don’t even have to change anything. I now am getting ring notifications. We’ll see about the stand ones when I’m not active. I chatted for an hour or two with support last night and the engineers wanted full phone logs sent. Too time consuming/complicated for me, plus I didn’t like that they wanted all logs, not just ones regarding the watch. Oh well, hopefully it fixed itself.
For whatever reason everything but the flashing stand bars in the middle of the hour are now working. Stand reminders rings etc. all working. Even got delayed awards given as well. So there’s hope.
