Same- I’ve been working with a senior advisor for over a month now about the same issue. Everything apple had me try wasn’t working, so they gave up on me (literally- no calls back, no email responses)!!!! I guess I stumped them?
I tried factory reset and restore from my last back up, but since my Apple ID isn’t communicating with the App Store, I am now UNABLE TO USE ANY OF MY APPS!!! My phone now is like my Nokia from 2006...all I can do is make phone calls, message, and email.
Unfortunately this is now affecting my daily life and I am extremely frustrated and disappointed that apple hasn’t sacked up and fixed this issue yet!
If you are having similar issues with your Apple ID not letting you log into the App Store, DO NOT FACTORY RESET AND RESTORE.
Instead, take your iPhone and you’re Apple ID and throw it off a cliff and buy a Samsung or something else.
