Not helpful at all Jeremy. We are trying with wifi; with iTunes, several different computers, different wifi networks and always the same.
It seems like is a trouble of the Apple Server; could you confirm that? Is Apple working on the issue?
This is beyond ridiculous! I cannot believe that Apple is completely ignoring thousands of iPad and iPhone users! At the very least they could allow us to downgrade to iOS 10!!!!!!

Apple Support told me the same thing, but, unfortunately for them, I had been using the iPad Air 2 before I decided to upgrade the iOS!!!! I guess they are still claiming it isn't their problem!!!!!
