Windows 10 does not detect Thunderbolt 2

Hi from Sweden,

I installed Windows 10 on my MacBook Pro (13", mid 2012, OSX 10.12.6). Windows doesn't detect the Thunderbolt 2 port which mean I can't use any external displays. I have updated all the drivers etc.

It seems like I'm not the only one with this problem since the same question has been up here several times, how did you guys solve it?

Can I use an USB-port instead? I was thinking about buying an USB-HDMI adapter, do you think that would work?

Thank you in advance and apologies for my English :-)
