My tv supports HDR and Dolby Vision but during the test it’s stating my TV doesn’t support it. Any help?

I have the same problem with a Denon AVR X2000 and a Samsung QN75Q7FAM. 4K HDR works great when connected directly to the TV, but no 4K outputs work through the Denon. I've tried multiple HDMI cables and every setting combination suggested by Denon, Samsung and Apple and it doesn't work. Very frustrating.

With respect to Apple there is no such thing as an Ultra high speed cable.

This is similar to my issue. Apple TV gets 4K and HDR connected directly to TV via Amazon Basics cable. But no HDR through my receiver even tho my HDR blu-ray player goes thru receiver no problem.

I should probably mention this is running thru my AVR connected to and HDMI 2 port with HDCP 2.2a, so there should be no issue.

I contacted LG about DV 60 Hz support, they said...

BestBuy told me Apple 4K TV HDR isn’t working and Apple is delaying shipments of new units and is considering a recall.

This is good to hear. I returned two to them that wasnt working right.

The ATV, AVR and TV are all up to date. Which device were you talking about?

I don't suppose tvOS 11.2 will help.
