My tv supports HDR and Dolby Vision but during the test it’s stating my TV doesn’t support it. Any help?

On Samsungs it's "Turn on HDMI UHD Color", on LGs "HDMI ULTRA HD", on Vizios "HDMI Color Subsampling"

My tv is the sony oled A1, it supports hdr10 and dolby vision, im using the belkin hdmi cable but still apple tv 4k says not compatible, any help?
