Ringtones have been removed from iTunes on 12.7 version, I have a PC, I have several ringtones that I created in the past and since Itunes 12.7 does not have the Tones folder anymore, I do not know how to import the custom tones from my PC to my iphone 8
Help is very appreciated it.

One other possibility -- see the * item below -- from Create and manage ringtones in iTunes
Add ringtone to device, iTunes 12.7 or later
- Connect device to computer.
- Enable the sidebar in iTunes if hidden.
- Drag and drop ringtone from Windows Explorer or Finder onto the device where it appears in the iTunes sidebar. *
* Some Windows users have noted that this method fails if they are running iTunes as the administrator. In some cases it may be necessary to exit the BTTray.exe utility before iTunes can be launched in non-admin mode.

Does it do the same thing if you drag it up to the device (e.g., John's iPhone 8+ in the above screenshot) rather than to the Tones folder?
yeah it does, I tried to drag it to all the segments on the left side of it. I can drag it from top to bottom while the files are selected and the link icon never changes.

I finally deleted everything from the ringtones folder on my phone, and then copy and pasted everything fresh and that seemed to do the trick!
