I updated to High Sierra but I couldn't find All My File on Finder's sidebar, There's no such icon in finder preference neither. I found this shortcut is very helpful but why Apple delete it?

I didn't even notice it was gone. Never found it useful.
You can create your own search folder.
With Finder Prefs set to start a search in current folder,
Select your Home folder and type cmd-F
In the criteria, Option-Click on the + button.
Delete the first criteria just leaving the Any of the following are true
Change the first item under Any to Kind is Document
Add additional criteria under Any and set Kind to whatever else you want .
Save it and have it shown in Sidebar.
When will they make Recents like All my Files?
Why not just make your own and not depend on Apple to maintain your desired workflow for you?

I knew it was due to High Sierra update that made "All my Files" disappeared. I kept looking for it and tried to update my preferences to no avail and I figured that it was renamed to recent. Not good, why do they keep fixing when it wasn't broken in the first place?
As I stated in my prior post, the prior solution that you posted did not provide the functionality that All My Files did, and which so many of us found useful, and which we are hoping Apple will restore.
I just tried what you suggested here, Cmd-F and entering "*" in the search field. and that still does not find all my files.
In regard to the line from my post that you were commenting on above, that was specifically intended to show that selecting Document or Text (for Kind) did show those specific files on my computer, but selecting Any (for Kind) did not show any files, and thus did not work as a replacement for All My Files.
