why is music showing up on my lock scteen in ios11?

Same problem. I tried it all, and the soft reset. The soft reset did work for about a day but it still comes back. Very annoyed. (See my screenshots above)

GO TO SETTINGS

GO TO NOTIFICATIONS

GO TO COM.APPLE.MUSIC

DON'T ALLOW NOTIFICATIONS
