Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
The face of my Apple watch fell off. I am 64. My watch is not beat up and very good taken care of. Never been dropped....etc. By the number of posts on this subject it is almost if, there is a problem with the assembly. I just wonder if it is worth it taking it to the Apple Store, as I am not willing to pay $200 for a repair.....

What number did you call? I am having a hard time finding the right number to call for the exact same problem.
How long did it take to get your replacment watch and did they replace it with the same model?

Same here. Sent it in July 30th, replacement scheduled to arrive tomorrow (August 8th). Can’t argue with a 1-week turnaround and a new watch!
