I Updated to High sierra and now all of my Garageband Projects are giving me a warning that AU cant be loaded, or needs an update. I Did all of my keyboard tracks with Sonivox 88 ensemble and now they won' work.
In The preferences menu I cant even select or deselect enable Audio Units!
Any Help would be great, and yes I've done the delet info.list stuff already

Well, I'm not sure what to do as I am still having the issue. I'm on 10.13.2 but on my mac mini.
I did notice that my sonivox plugin worked without the two notes patch and was thrilled, but when I tried to reopen the project it said the plugin was incompatible.
Not sure what to do, should I reinstall GB? If i do what happens to my saved projects?

I found some Twitter chatter out there stating that after High Sierra GB WILL NOT load AU plugins. Yes, the snowball is gaining steam as it's 'heading down the hill.'

Why is it taking Apple so long to make their own pro software work properly with the new OS? Geeze!
I'm having the same problem. Still no updates to OS or GB after High Sierra release. Does anyone know the solution?
What's that? A new garageband update?? Or a new High Sierra update? This is exciting, I hope it's fixed!
Only the effect plugins work now, not instruments. I think they are dumbing down GarageBand.
Not sure about anyone else, but the fact that Apple's own plugins aren't working is a bit disappointing. Anyone happen to know a fix for us less-than-power-users?
I did check and I cannot uncheck the AU plug in box in the preferences. I believe the issue does fall with Apple/Garageband, but don't you think they would catch that in their testing?
I don't know where to turn to resolve this. All of my AU plug ins are up to date...and they don't work. I do have one plug in that can work as a stand alone app and it works fine.
I assume this is the same error you receive?
