after upgrade to high Sierra I have a problems with freezing. Previous week freeze two times, when I work with photoshop, now freeze, when have only browser opened, black screen, I must to turn off and turn on computer. Previous version Sierra works great.

This problem is very intermittent. It may go a week or two without any problems too
Anyone seeing better or worse performance with the 10.13.4 update?
I wonder if it is related to that spectar and meltdown fixes? It still seems to me the times I have had my entire system freeze up I was running a program that relies on JAVA.
Typing in Facebook and Twitter are sluggish as heck after the last update.
I see that other problems have been mentioned in this thread. I am referring to the computer suddenly becoming unresponsive.
So far I haven't had that issue with 10.13.4 . I think they may have screwed up Safari though.
I had to low level format and reinstall via internet recovery Lion ... and upgrade from there ...
I gave up on Apple, Apple support, Apple development QAQC, Apple stock, Apple cider, and *apple*.*
When you say yours has been solid with 12.4, are you not running high Sierra? Specs are the same as your apart from the fact I have D300 graphics cards. I wonder if that's the issue?
Nope, I'm just lisdexic- I meant 10.13.4.
D300 is a difference, yeah. Drivers will be subtly different. Not easy for me to change to see if mine starts to fail.
It's a reference manager app called Mendeley.
I assume you are running MacOS 10.10 or later. I wonder if you find any associated LaunchAgents in the user Library?
v1.18 is stated as High Sierra compatible.
Mine is 10.13.4 but it still freezes daily.
Sadly, the latest updates have still done nothing for me either. Luckily, I'm not freezing daily, but it's still often enough to be very disruptive.
After update to 10.13.4, I still face daily freeze, this is painful and ridiculous!
