Photos High Sierra Edit Menu

When you right-click on a photo in Photos High Sierra it presents a drop down menu containing the "Edit With" command. When you select "Edit With" it slides out a menu of Apps on your Mac to use for editing photos. Many of my photo editing Apps are not on this list. Is there a way to remove and/or add photo editing Apps to this "Edit With" menu? How does it chose which Apps to put on there? Here is a screen shot of what I am talking about:

I know of no way to change that list and Apple has not published how they determine what is there - what Photo editor do you have that is not in the list?

And several people have noted difficulty with using the Edit with capability - for now it probably is worthwhile investing $0.99 in the External Editor for Photos Extension for Photos which works very well and have been in use for over a year and seems trouble free

My PS C3 app is in a subfolder in the Applications folder and it is shown. However, my PSE app is not, regardless of where it is located in the Applications folder.

You might do as Larry suggested and get the the 99¢ External Editors For Photos from the App Store. This user tip shows how to use it: External Editors in Photos Are Here

In Photos 3 it's access in the Edit mode here:
