iOS11 notifications disappearing from lock screen

I have already responded to this before, but I have tried that and it did not work for me. But I appreciate you taking the time to respond.

Same here. Very annoying. I’m missing customer messages. Trying turning “show in history” off. This is a new problem. Never happened before.

Yes, this is infuriating. Also only happening with imessage that Ive noticed. We need to keep posting about this and hopefully get someones attention at Apple. Maybe wishful thinking.

So I turned off show history for messages and turned off Bluetooth and it didn’t work!

Am I missing something?

Has anyone experienced also not receiving some phone calls too? Like it’ll ring on their end and I’ll receive the voicemail. But it won’t ring on my end every time. Figured it’s related.

And this morning - right on cue - the app badge notification I had from new messages received on Kik two days ago disappeared. This is definitely not my imagination. These issues have to be related.

Has anyone found a solution yet? I’ve also had the exact same problem, very annoying...

I know i have Sprint but not sure about anyone else.

Hmmm, that’s more interesting now. I think something with the Sprint software on our phones could be causing this.

It’s not Sprint. I’m in Canada, recently switched networks, and have suffered the issue regardless of what network I’m on (currently Rogers).

That sounds like it might be a different issue than I'm experiencing - my notifications disappear, but the messages are still there when I check. Only the notifications are gone.

It really is weird. Wonder what's causing it. So it's not only notifications that get omitted, but messages too on some devices?
