Since I’ve updated my IOS to version 11 (also to 11.0.3) the GPS is not working in maps and Waze anymore. This is happening both in my iPhone 6 and iPhone 5s.
I understand that this is happening to many users, is there any update that solve that?

Had the same frustrating issues with all of my GPS applications.
The "Do Not Disturb" setting was set to "When Connected to Car Bluetooth" by default. Changing it to "Manually" fixed the issue for me. Hope it helps!

We aren't sending you emails. Apple is. To stop that: log into apple discussions, find this thread, and unclick "following" then you won't get emails from Apple.

Today it works with remove -insert until i do a complété reboot.
I am afraid to install 11.4 ? Did you test ios 11.4 with insert-remove method ?

In the past i use to install with iTunes and i got gps problèm
Metci but it always work after ios update but 12 days maxi
If that happens, I will try the same solution as last time, and report back here.

Well, tried it today, removed SIM while the phone is running, restarted phone, then re-insert the SIM after the phone restarted and running, no go, navigation still cannot get a lock.

Thanks for helping us find a working fix. Hopefully it keeps my phone stable for another few months.
The SIM trick works! I have an 6S and and had the same issues. Apple even changed my phone without any succes. Just do the SIM trick ! Thanks !
