I have run into the same problem. i recently got an iphone x, and i switched my apple id but i do not have any problems downloading or reinstalling other apps. whenever i go to download game pigeon it says it’s starting to download and then stops. it has nothing to do with my internet connection, and i am getting quite irritated! i would appreciate someone from apple answering to help fix this issue please!!!!

hey i was having the same problem. i just signed out of my apple id, then signed into a DIFFERENT apple id then downloaded it on that one. it was easy.
