iPhone call volume low

I recently noticed I have the Same issue with my phone. I usually use the speaker function as I live on the road, however, the other day I want to use just the regular iPhone mode and I could not hear the other person when using the iPhone and phone mode.

In addition, since Ilive on the road, I often use Siri for talk to text. That function is not working properly either it’s not understanding my words and Alina <<<< see that was supposed to say any longer not what it says , which is, “and Alina.”

It looks like many people are having the same problem wherein in response to the first post Apple said it WAS NOT a software issue and based on the number of complaints, it clearly IS A SOFTWARE issue.

Respectfully request that this issue be resolved promptly!

A call back would be greatly appreciated!!

I have the same problem on 11.1 was fine until I upgraded last week on my 6s+... now it is so low I have to use speaker phone to hear phone calls..

Yes I have adjusted the volume with the buttons on the side andlooked in settings and restarted phone nothing has changed...

Having same issue with iPhone7 - tried everything I know how to do (in settings, using volume buttons, etc). Phone is pretty much useless without speaker or btooth accoutrements.

I feel the same, even the later versions of iphone7 purchased last year have such loud volume. I feel apple knows the hardware issue but fails to accept the same.

Well, what kind of iPhone do you have? The ear part on the newer models have external noise-canceling speakers so your problem doesn't happen

I am heading the same direction, paying a premium and almost 1.5x here in India compared to US pricing. Just waiting for a few more months before I jump the ship.

I have Updated my iP7 on 11.2.5 today ... no change at all... max Call volume is Like half call volume on GFs 6s ... apple fix this!
