Trackpad not working after macOS High Sierra upgrade

as another solution, you can buy a LMP Numpad (+- 50 euros)

I use such a device with my Mac mini, it works fine

no app, you just have to pair it with the computer

it is not a trackpad, just a numeric keyboard that sits near the Magic Keyboard (it can be attached)

design is good if not the same construction as the Mac product

I actually had a LMP one, in fact I was one of their first customers. But it stopped working and I bought the Belkin one, which frankly is less finicky (it always connects right away).

But I use a Magic Trackpad mostly for gestures, and I only replace it with the Belkin 10-key when I'm entering a lot of numbers - for example during tax time. So the Mobee is still useful when I need a 10-key but don't want to move the Trackpad (having both + the keyboard is too much).

Same problem here . I used the magic numpad a lot.. Mobee company doesn't seem to exist anymore.. I searched the web for a solution but didn't find any.. If someone has one ?..

yes, as said before, you have to update to 13-2, and it will work again; the app must be reactivated after each restart, but this can be worked around by creating a shortcut

I am already running MacOS 13.2 but the Magic Numpad app stil doesn't work...
