MacOS High Sierra 10.13.1 – Safari and App Store doesn't work

After upgrading to the MacOS High Sierra 10.13.1 Safari and App Store doesn't work.

How can I solve this problem?

MacBook Air (13-inch, Early 2015), macOS High Sierra (10.13.1)

Thank you, Onyx fixed it when the other solutions did not. Would be good to know which particular Onyx fix worked, but I will just be grateful that it is fixed!
