Face ID is disable on my iPhone X
Hello all,
My one day old iPhone X just suddenly popped up an error notice saying that the phone's truedepth camera had a problem and that the Face ID was disabled. A screen capture is attached.
The "Learn More" told me that I muat bring my phone to Apple to be serviced.
I tried to reboot my phone and setup Face ID again, then it works again.
I don't feel well when having to send my brand new phone for a repair. But if the error comes back then I have no other choice.
Please let me know if any one of you or who you know has this problem with your/their phone. And do you think that I should contact Apple even though the issue won't come back in the next few days?
