iPhone X Lock Screen features disappear

I have reported this multiple times on that webpage. You can read about my experiences from my previous posts in this thread.

That was my point. I was saying through that experience I had a couple of months ago I know it's not a hardware issue. It's a software issue.

Can’t believe this has been an issue since Nov 2017. It’s Jan 2018 it’s happening frequently on my iPhone X even after restarting. I’m done with Apple.

This happens to me a couple times a day too!!!

9 pages and nothing from apple. What a sad joke. I guess this is how apple supports people who spent 1k on a bugged phone.

If your a. “Lot” question is to me, I was referring to the amount of times I tweeted Apple, I would say 2x/day is a lot. Maybe get better context firs

Agree . I also got new phone but there is same problem. So irritating. Never buying iphone untill it gets matured enough. My iphone 6splus is flawless
