Apple wireless keyboard

After installing microsoft office 2016 for mac, the first row (QWERTYUIOP) doesnt work with the left shift key and the thirs row (ZXCVBNM.,) does not work with both shift keys. ? works... i’m using a standard US apple keyboard. Whats the problem? Pls help. Ty.

Your profile says no products saved. Cannot tell whichOS you are using. If it is 10.13..1 or a beta version you will need to contact Microsoft.
