When cold flash not working IPhone 8+

Same situation with my Iphone 8+: Flash isn´t workin on cold days...

The same problem! The flash doesn't work at about 6 degrees Celsius! The quality of apple is getting worse and worse!

yes I have this problem too...its my first time that I buy IPhone and what a awful experience.... I try to sell it and come back to the samsung....I never use iphone again⚠

iPhone X is the same.

I use my iPhone 8 regularly especially at work. I've not experienced this. I use it in the cold a fair amount too.

So odd how it's affecting some but not others in cold to colder climates....

Has anyone found a fix to this problem yet?

Mine wont work slightly below, around, or even slightly above zero.

I cant believe Apple isnt doing anything to solve this problem, its so frustrating.

Same issue here, no flash working outside in cold weather... trying to shoot some photos in the snow and its dark..... going inside getting warm it works again !!! iPhone X

iPhone 7+. Had the same problem today. Wanted a timer and the timer didn’t count via flash nor did he go off when finished

I have the same problem. I can see a little light, when I make a picture with flashlight. When it's cold, the flash on a photo doesn't work. The flashlight (not a photo) does work.

Anyone have news about this problem ? Does IOS 11.3 will fix it ? Or is it too much for Apple ?? 😟

Bad news. The iOS 11.3 doesn’t fix the problem..!!!

Let’s face it , apple doesn't care about other iPhones if is not iPhone x,

I have lost hope that they will solve the problem on iPhone 8.
