Wonder if they are gonna do anything about the extreme battery consumption? All I know is I bought mine brand new two weeks before 11 came out. After that it has almost doubled the battery consumption! Am I alone here?

Well, before I updated my iPhone 7 to 11.1.1 the battery life was fine. No dramatic consumption. Now, after I updated it, it shows a significant consumption while at the same time I use it less frequent.
No new apps or games installed. I even browsed and streamed less recently. Today, just about two hours, I have lost 14%. That is beyond ridiculous. 😐
The one you told me is just to show the battery usage of each apps. Doesn't necessarily mean they're draining the life out of the battery. Or am I missing something here?
Ok, let's try that. The one is on the top, 25% is Instagram. So I just disabled its refresh setting. I will check it again in an hour. Ta.
