My iPhone 6S Plus was disabled and even though I have been trying to troubleshoot it by connecting it to iTunes, a message 'iTunes could not connect to iPhone 6S Plus. A value is missing' message pops up. I am unable to continue from here.
Please help me rectify the situation so that I can unlock my phone and restore the data to the iPhone.

I was doing the same thing and was releasing the home and lock button when i saw the Apple logo, but you have to hold it longer until you see the lighting cable, up arrow, and iTunes logo on your phone.

It worked, but then when the phone was restored and then set up, it started going black, then white screen with apple logo, then black and white screen, over and over... any idea what I can do?
