I did a upgrade to OS 10.11.6 but since
Then my MacBook is not working right
I think it is not too compatable .

How to comme back to my old OS that worked great ?

If you have a Time Machine backup, you can just boot into Recovery and restore from TM backup.
About macOS Recovery - Apple Support
If not, you need to erase the disk and reinstall your old OS by re-downloading from AppStore.

If it is running good, I'd stay with it.
Also remove MacKeeper. You don't need cleaning programs as they tend to trash the OS.

Uninstall Avast and CleanMyMac3 following the developer's instruction to uninstall those worthless apps. They do far more harm then good.

After all this should I go back to my old version of OS or keep
OS 10.11.6 ? but honestly now it is running much better!
