iPad Pro 9.7 charging issues w/ Logitech Create Case

I'm having issues with my iPad Pro charging when its connected to the Logitech Create case. All items Charger, Cable, Case, Tablet were purchased in the Apple Store. I've tested the charger and cable with our other ipad, and our phones and all other items seem to charge fine.

When the tablet is attached to the 3 pin connector and the charger is plugged in the battery icon will turn green and it will show charging for a few seconds before it says not charging and turns black and white.

If I disconnect the 3 pin connection from the ipad after this happens it still won't show that it is charging.

If I remove the cable and reinsert it while its disconnected from the case it will begin to charge and remain charging. If it some point I reattach 3 pin connector while charging it will shortly thereafter say not charging and continue to not charge even if its taken off the 3 pin.

At this point I either need to flip the keyboard around or lay it flat to charge.

This is on the 9.7 iPad Pro and the Logitech Create case sold through the apple store. It has been happening on iOS 11.1.1 and 11.1.2.

I'm having the same issue. It also happens whenI try to charge my Apple Pencil and the iPad is connected to Logitech case. Spoke with Logitech today after not hearing back about a warranty claim submitted for this issue. They said its definitely the latest iOS update and that they've been in communication with Apple about fixing this on an iOS update. Logitech also said they've been getting a lot of calls about this same issue.

Hopefully Apple will address this soon. It's quite frustrating.
