Cash pay no where to be found
I have updated to latest software this morning. If I go into settings and wallet there is no place to turn on Apple cash pay. It is not in iMessages either.

According to a video that I just watched on Mac Rumors, you set it up from the wallet app itself, not from Settings. And at this time it is only available in the US, not knowing your actual location. I'm still updating my device, so I haven't tried yet. This is the release information for iOS 11.2.
iOS 11.2
iOS 11.2 introduces Apple Pay Cash to send, request, and receive money from friends and family with Apple Pay. This update also includes bug fixes and improvements.

The Support document confirms as much as well:
Set up Apple Pay Cash and person to person payments - Apple Support
This feature is available with the iOS public beta from the Apple Beta Software Program.
Experiencing the exact same issue. Hopefully Apple will get on this issue immediately. They did stipulate in their 11.2 update “Apple Pay Cash” was available, but nowhere to be found when attempting to turn on ‘apple pay cash’ option.
I called Apple Support, and was told by two Representatives that this update is only available for Beta users, which doesnt make any sense as to why Apple would release an update that stipulates what the new updates are “Apple Pay Cash.”
When I contacted Apple Support, I was told by two rep's that this software update was enabling beta users to have access to Apple Pay Cash, and the general public would have full access at a later date. Seems kind of crazy if you ask me.
Well with as many bugs as I have experienced with iOS 11. I’m actually happy they are taking their time with rollout then. Could have been communicated better to us and we wouldn’t have wasted our time.
I am in the U.S., just downloaded iOS 11.2. I have 2-factor authentication turned on. There is no Apple Pay Cash on my iPhone 8+, iPhone 6S+ or iPad. I do have a friend that does the Beta updates and he has it on his version of the Beta. Seems they did want to release it on iOS 11.2 and have problems and have pushed it off to 11.2.1, 11.2.2, 11.2.3 or whenever.
I updated to 11.2 this morning and could not find Apple pay cash so I restored my phone to factory settings and set up as new just in case I did something wrong and it is still not there. I am not worried really because I don't have a use for it just yet. I can wait until they sort it out.
Thats not all... it seems like the up only worked partially. The “About” says its 11.2. But not only dont I have Apple Pay Cash anywhere (checked Settings and Messages app) but Im seeing the indicator “dash” on the top right of the iPhone X isnt there eIther. Wow. Apple has been having a BAD week with software. Hope its not a sign lnf more sloppiness to come.
See this other thread. Apple Pay Cash not showing in iOS 11.2
Same issue here. Apple Pay Cash option is missing under Settings>Wallet and Apple Pay after 11.2 update.
Same issue here. I even went through the hassle of setting up 2-factor authentication (AHH!) to see if it would pop up in settings, but no.
I’m in the U.S, so hope that you have better luck once you finish your install. Let us know what happens.
Nope still doesn't show up in Wallet either. I have a feeling the back-end has not yet been enabled by Apple despite pushing through the 11.2 update.
