I have updated to latest software this morning. If I go into settings and wallet there is no place to turn on Apple cash pay. It is not in iMessages either.

I have read a couple of other threads where others are experiencing issues. It may be a roll out issue. I don't see anything reported as issues on the System Status page.

I agree. So let’s hope they roll it out soon. Many of us are eager (fingers crossed and waiting in anticipation)!
I am being told by Apple reps that it should roll out shortly and that it is still only available to beta users.
Same here and i am using the iPhone 6 Plus (not the 6s). Apple Pay cash does show up on my iPad Pro 10” LTE, but not on my phone.
To use this feature, Apple requires you to enable Two-Factor Authentication. Once enabled, the feature will be available for setup.
I dont buy that AT ALL. The entire iOS user population as just been given access to the 11.2 update.
Except that I have that feature turned on and still nothing.
