Wallet missing from settings
After doing the update a few weeks ago I was no longer able to add cards to Apple Pay. Then my phone started shutting down within minutes of turning on. I did a total reset now my wallet is no longer in settings.

Something else, settings>Apple ID>iCloud>wallet - is that turned on?
