After updating my iphone to 11.2 recently, I noticed I cannot look at my custom lyrics I added via iTunes on my phone anymore. There is no show lyrics button. Why is this? Is this a bug or is this how the app is for the foreseeable future? I am seriously, deeply sad and angry that this feature has been taken away. It was literally the only thing keeping me in iOS.

This is getting painful.
It worked only with difficulty in iOS11.1.2.
For me it was necessary to remove all of my music and then sync it again.
Now, even this trick does not work...
How could we get apple to get this to work???

This is extremely frustrating. For a moment, I thought it was something to do with Apple CarPlay, but from this thread I can see it is a much more widespread problem.

the method and movie published were for 11.2.2 i believe.
4 updates later things have changed... not surprized
Keeping up with the Apple bugs is not my favourite pass time.
The behavior is different if the song is selected in Album or a Playlist.
I have stopped looking at this.

Or: if your iPhone has 3d touch (like 7 and later), you can just push down the name of the track (from wherever your playing it), and voilà, the lyrics option.

Yes. I seems it's work. The display is ok now. Thank's to Mac programers. Hope the Lyrics synchronizations problems are solved too. The future will show. 🙂
