Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
After updating my iphone to 11.2 recently, I noticed I cannot look at my custom lyrics I added via iTunes on my phone anymore. There is no show lyrics button. Why is this? Is this a bug or is this how the app is for the foreseeable future? I am seriously, deeply sad and angry that this feature has been taken away. It was literally the only thing keeping me in iOS.

This is getting painful.
It worked only with difficulty in iOS11.1.2.
For me it was necessary to remove all of my music and then sync it again.
Now, even this trick does not work...
How could we get apple to get this to work???
Hello. Just wanted to let you known when the newest IOS update (11.3) installed, you can now see the old feature of Show Lyrics. Have a nice day.
I found you don't have to do all of that, at least on my iPhone SE. In whatever list you are in, touch AND HOLD the song until you get another pop-up window -- lyrics is at the bottom.
I think Apple makes it worst by updating their software versions. Please apple put that lyrics function with Apple Music.

as i do remember an older version of itunes would show the lyrics immediately simply by clicking on the artwork.
such a pity that it got so complicated.
I have the same problem, is this rectified by updating to 11.3?
I just installed 11.4 and it looks like lyrics is back where we used to see it.
