I have a IPhone X. Yesterday, all of a sudden, the widget for Apple Music began appearing on the lock screen. It takes up most of the lock screen so new notifications are pushed down and barely visible without scrolling. I cannot figure out how to remove the widget from the lock screen. Any help would be appreciated.

This doesnāt work. As soon as you use a devise with Bluetooth it comes back. I want to see the pic I put on my screen lock NOT the iPhone music widget. Please explain to me why Apple canāt write a program to fix this!!!!!!
Off it were that easy most of us would not be here. That does not work.
Go to Settings, Notifications, Music and turn off Badge App Icon
While your music is playing through Bluetooth. Itās going to appear on the lock screen. Once you pause or close the app it clears out.
It worked for me. Having no othissues with it.

Unfortunately none of the steps have worked for me. It works for a while but the problem continues to come back.
