How to get Music off iPhone lock screen

I have a IPhone X. Yesterday, all of a sudden, the widget for Apple Music began appearing on the lock screen. It takes up most of the lock screen so new notifications are pushed down and barely visible without scrolling. I cannot figure out how to remove the widget from the lock screen. Any help would be appreciated.

This doesn’t work. As soon as you use a devise with Bluetooth it comes back. I want to see the pic I put on my screen lock NOT the iPhone music widget. Please explain to me why Apple can’t write a program to fix this!!!!!!

Ok!! I have tried everything and at best, got only a

temporary fix. Rebooting the phone will work, but it comes back as soon as it’s connected to my car’s Bluetooth

Sooo.., here’s what I did. Go to both Bluetooth devices and start from scratch. In other words, forget both devices and re-pair.

So far this has worked. Will keep everyone posted ... fingers crossed!

It is very simple - It worked for me after months of frustrations

1 - At your home screen, click the gear icon to visit device settings.

2 - Then what you have to do is open the notifications tab.

3 - You have to find and click on Music and slide the notification toggle to disable it.

4 - MUST ----- Restart your iPhone after doing so and the music app lock screen problem should be fixed easily.
