I don’t have it in my calendar either. It’s important holiday and it should but have been removed.0
It is in my US Holidays calendar.
I am using the US Holidays calendar from Apple I believe and it indeed includes Easter. I have no special religious calendar and it is the same US Holidays calendar I have used for years.
What iOS are you running? Because my iPhone 4 has Easter, but my iOS devices running iOS 11.2.6 do not.

While I'm not (exactly) Gail, I can tell you that I have U.S. Holidays checked but no Easter.

Just download google calendar from the App Store. Much easier to setup and it will allow you to include religious holiday based on your religious preferences ***
