when receiving incoming call on iphone x its only ringing and vibrate there is no display on screen

I have tried all sort of suggestions you have mentioned in your posts. Like restarting, reinstalling the new software several times, if fact I also go my iPhone x replaced with the new and the same problem of Display not popping on while incoming calls. Is there a bug in the software??

Like restarting, reinstalling the new software and also tried setting up as new iPhone several times, if fact I also go my iPhone x replaced with the new one and the same problem is recurring of Display not popping on while incoming calls. Has Apple acknowledged this problem with iPhone X??

i am on OS11.2.1 on my IPhone X . When an incoming call comes my iPhone X rings but the call does not show on the screen for some time . , so I can’t receive the call till about 8-10 rings .

I restart the phone and it works normal again .

Can someone advise how to fix this issue .

I tried every possible option to resolve the issue thrice reinstalled the iOS nothing has happened yet in fact Apple customer support has acknowledge the issue but they don’t have any solution .They are completely speechless and answer less

I have this same problem, X Iphone rings, no button appears to answer or reject the call, even when you go to see WHO called you in missed etc, there is nothing there....happened twice last night. So you can't answer the call & you don't know who it was? Apple please advise

I have tried all suggestions you have mentioned in your posts. Like restarting, reinstalling, and also close phone app as per other suggestion. but still i m getting same problem after attending some amount of calls.

I have the same problem! The restart solves the problem for probably few hours and then back to the same issue! Why isn’t Apple support responding to it with a proper solution?? Or is it Time that Apple Days are over & they are not technical ready for such launches! Disappointed with IPhone X !

even i was shocked when they told me they dont have solution to this problem and still working on it...we buy the most expensive phone and display does not work when phone rings ...thats the last thing u want ...they are not giving any replacement since its a software issue

I’ve been having the same issue! I’ve also tried all the suggestions and nothing has fixed it. I actually have my phone freeze up while using different apps too. It’s not just the phone app. What is apple doing to produce a permanent solution to this incredibly incommodious problem?
