My iPhone X Screen dims on its own For about 10-15 minutes Then gets brighter again All on its own! I do not have auto brightness on I do not have tutone on I have no settings on that would affect the screen it’s very annoying paying $1200 for a phone and this is happening. I love Apple have every single product they make.
ANY THOUGHTS ON WHATS CAUSING THIS?

My phone does that too. It only does it when its hot or is being overused. The only way to make it go back to normal is if i let it cool down or put it on AC. There’s no actual selection on settings that can make this go away. Just gotta deal with it 😕 🏻♀
I’m also having this issue on my iPhone X, I bought the phone on day one. My software is also fully up to date. Auto brightness is off and the phone is not under heavy load. I’m able to turn it back up in control center immediately, if I can see the screen outside 😢
That happens if you have an app that’s using a lot of power to complete a task in the background, please go to settings>battery> And scroll down to the graph that shows the battery usage, it will tell you what app is taking up the battery and then tell you what the app is doing in the background by clicking show activity.
